Why the students made these

What they were asked to get right

• Start from a real annoyance. Write the annoyance people already have, not the one your idea needs them to have. Write what they do about it today. If the answer is "nothing", maybe they don't care. #w3d1_business-model-canvas · 2026-07-13
• Name one specific customer. Narrow it until you can picture one specific person. "Everyone" is not an answer. Name the early adopters: the people whose problem is bad enough that they'll tolerate a rough first version. #w3d1_business-model-canvas · 2026-07-13
